The name of organization is in English “Indian Council of Social Welfare, Rajasthan State Branch” and Hindi “Bhartiya Samaj Kalyan Parishad, Rajasthan Rajya Shakha”. The Indian Council of Social Welfare (ICSW) Rajasthan State Branch is affiliated to All India Council of Social Welfare with head quarter at Mumbai which is affiliated to International Conference of Social Welfare which was established in Paris. The organization has its constitution and Management Committee properly constituted. The State Branch of ICSW is a Non-political, Non-Government and Non-Sectarian Charitable organization. Pt. Parmanand Sharma, IAS (Retd.) was the founder of ICSW Rajasthan State Branch and Dr. R.M. Sahai, Founder of Sahai Hospital and Research Center was the Co-founder of this organisation.
